    CINCINNATI
    Players: Three to nine.
Deal: Four cards facedown to each player and five cards down to the table.
Play: One table card is flipped up followed by a round of betting, which is repeated until five cards have been flipped. Players keep their cards facedown at all times. Showdown with each player making the best hand possible using their own cards and the community board cards.
    Winner: High Hand.
Variations: High and Low. The highest card of the same suit as a specified table card gets half the pot.

    COURCHEVAL
    Players: Three to eleven.
Deal: Four cards facedown to each player and five cards down to the table.
Play: Instead of betting on the initial four cards and then flopping three community board cards for the second betting round, the first community card is dealt before the first betting round so that each poker player has four private cards and the single community board card on his first bet. Two more community board cards are dealt and poker play precedes exactly the same as in Omaha Poker game.
Winner: High and Low hands split but the low must be eight or high or better (lower) or the high gets it all. In this case the cards speak for themselves.

    DIANNA'S GAME
    Players: Three to eleven.
Deal: Two cards facedown to each player and three cards down to the table.
Play: Cards are flipped from the table one at a time with a betting round after each deal and the flip. The last table card flipped is wild along with all the cards in play that match in rank.
    Winner: High Hand

    DOUBLE BOARD HOLD'EM
    Players: Three to twenty.
Deal: Two separate five-card boards are dealt.
Play: Double Board Hold'em is a split-pot poker game variant that can be applied to Much poker games but generally only applied to normal hold'em poker games. after the first betting round, three community board cards are dealt to each of the two separate boards. After the second round another community board card is dealt to each board and before the final round a fifth card is dealt to each board. In total ten community board cards comprising of two separate five-card hold'em boards.
Winner: The high poker hand using each board takes half the pot.

    ELEVATOR
    Players: Four to eleven.
Deal: Four cards to each player and seven cards down on the table arranged in two columns of three (the shafts) with one in between (the elevator).
Play: Table cards are turned up one at a time followed by betting rounds. The player uses the four cards in his hand and three on the table to create a seven-card hand. The player has to use the elevator and one card from each shaft and three cards must be in a line through the elevator, which can be in any of the three positions. The middle card can be thought of as any 'floor'. The order determining which which card is to be flipped is such that the elevator is turned over last and no two shaft cards can be used in the same hand and only turned up until necessary. When all seven cards have been turned up there is a final betting round and each player must declare whether they are going high, low or both. If going for both then both hands must be made up of the four cards in their hand and the same set of three from the table.
Winner: High and Low hands split.
Variations: The elevator card is wild and different rows may be used for high and low hands when going both ways.

    IRON CROSS/THE CHURCH
    Players: Three to nine.
Deal: Five cards facedown to each player and five cards down to the table Cross.
Play: As in Cincinnati with the table cards revealed clockwise with the centre card last. Players may only use cards from one arm of the cross to form their cards.
    Winner: High hand.
Variations: High and Low. Centre card is wild.

    LAME BRAIN PETE
    Players: Three to twenty.
Deal: Three cards facedown to each player and four card down to the table.
Play: A round of betting after the deal followed by one of the table cards turned up. Another round of betting follows and repeated until all four table cards are up after which there is the final fifth betting round. The lowest of the table cards is wild as with all the other cards of the same rank. So you cannot be sure (unless the two is flipped) what the wild card is until all four table cards are exposed.
    Winner: High hand.

    MANILA/SEVEN-UP
    Players: Three to nine.
Deal: Played with a stripped deck in which all cards below the rank of seven are removed leaving thirty-two cards. Each player is dealt two private cards and one single community card is dealt face-up.
Play: First betting round then a second community board card is followed by a second betting round. A third community board card and third betting round. A fourth community board card and a fourth betting round and finally a fifth community board card, fifth betting round and showdown. Each player is to make the best poker hand from both hole cards with exactly three of the five-community board cards.
Winner: Flush beats a full house and an Ace may not be played low for a straight.
Variations: Involve dealing three cards to each player of which one can be discarded like Pineapple or else held to the end but maintaining the requirement that each player plays exactly two cards with exactly three of the community board cards. The three card variant is played with sixes being restored to the deck making it thirty-six cards.

    OMAHA HOLD'EM
    Players: Three to eleven.
Deal: Four cards facedown to each player and five cards down to the table.
Play: Exactly the same as Texas Hold'em, except that final hands must include exactly two of the player's four cards and exactly three of the table's five cards.
Winner: High and Low hands split but the low must be eight or high or better (lower) or the high gets it all. In this case the cards speak for themselves.
Variations: High - Low Split: Players may use all four of their cards splitting them into two groups to form a high hand or a low hand. Players declare high, low or both. Lincoln: The lowest shared card is wild as in Lame Brain Pete. Bush League: Common cards are dealt in a cross formation and exposed one-at- a-time with betting before each exposure and after the last exposure. As in Baseball three's and nine's are wild. After four exposed cards each player gets an extra card and players are required to pay the minimum bet for each exposed wild card. Wild Kingdom: (Baseball) Three's and nine's are wild and common wild card need an extra ante per player. Common four's gets each player an extra card.

    OUT AT HOME
    Players: Three to eleven.
Deal: Ante then three cards face-down to each player and four cards down to the table as in Baseball diamond formation.
Play: Cards are flipped from the table one at time starting with 'first base' and finishing with 'home plate' and a betting round after the deal of each flip. Should the last table card be flipped as a face card then the hand is considered dead. The remaining players that did not fold re-ante and a new hand dealt. Threes and nines are wild as in Baseball. Four flipped cards on the table gets each remaining player an extra card. Extra payment is added to the pot for wild cards, which makes the pot winnings increase.
    Winner: High hand.

    PINATUBO
    Players: Three to nine.
Deal: Each player is dealt two private cards and one community board card.
Play: First betting round then two community board cards are dealt followed by a second betting round. Then a fourth community board card and a third betting round, a fifth and final community board card and fourth betting round followed by showdown.
Winner: Flush beats a full house and an Ace may not be played low for a straight. Variations: Pinatubo is a variant of Manila, which has five betting rounds and does not play well at no limit or pot limit. Eliminating the betting rounds between the second and third community board cards can easily modify this.

    PINAPPLE/CRAZY PINEAPPLE/TAHOE
    Players: Three to twenty.
Deal: Each player is dealt three cards.
Play: Each player must get rid on one of the three cards he is dealt and the game proceeds exactly as in Texas Hold'em.
    Winner: High hand.
Variations: Crazy Pineapple and Tahoe involves alternates of Texas Hold'em in which each player is dealt three cards instead of two. In Crazy Pineapple the players discard their third card after the second betting round and before the fourth community board card is dealt. In Tahoe players keep all three cards right through to showdown but may not use all three of them to make a poker hand. Each player may use none, one or two cards from his poker hand combined with those on the board to make his final five-card poker hand. Crazy Pineapple and Tahoe are often played high low split and Pineapple does not.

    SIX-PACK
    Players: Three to nine.
Deal: Each player is dealt two cards facedown followed by first betting round.
Play: Then two of the community board cards at opposite sides of the circle (12 o'clock and 6 o'clock) are dealt, followed by a second betting round. Two more opposite community board cards are dealt (2 o'clock and 8 o'clock), followed by a third betting round. Finally the (4 o'clock and 10 o'clock) cards are dealt followed by a fourth and final betting round. At showdown each player makes a hand by combining his two cards with any three consecutive community board cards. With exactly two hole cards there are only six choices which to play and Dealing three hole cards where each player is required to use exactly two of the hole cards plus three consecutive board cards can modify the game.
    Winner: High hand.

    TEXAS HOLD'EM
    Players: Three to twenty.
Deal: Two card down to each player and five cards down to the table.
Play: A round of betting after each deal and then three of the table cards are turned up. Another round of betting follows and one more community board card is flipped followed by another round of betting. The last card is flipped and final round of betting proceeds till a showdown in which the players make their best hands using two of their cards and five table cards.
    Winner: High hand.
Variations: Tahoe: three cards down instead of two and no more than two hole cards can be used in the final hand. Pineapple: three cards down instead of two and each player must discard one Card before the first three table cards are flipped. Crazy Pineapple: as in Pineapple but each player must discard after the first three table cards are flipped. Super Hold'em: Three cards down instead of two of which all may be used. Texas League: As in Baseball threes and nines are wild and players pay low stakes for each common wild card. Common four gets each player an extra card. Cool Hand Luke: The lowest shared card is wild as in Lame Brain Pete. Texas Two Step: After the first three common cards are dealt and the betting round is finished; each player must pay the lowest stake for each card they wish to exchange for a new card. After the next deal and betting round each player may now pay twice the lowest stake for each card they wish to exchange for a new card. After the last deal and betting round each player can pay three times the lowest stake for each card they want to exchange for a new card from the deck. After the last draw there is a final betting round and the showdown. If no cards were drawn during the last exchange there is no extra betting round.

    TIC TAC TOE
    Players: Three and more.
Deal: Two cards down to each player and nine cards up to the table arranged in a 3 x 3 grid.
Play: Players place three blue chips in front of them, which are called the 'posts'. Betting starts on the dealer's left and at showdown players announce their Best hand using their two cards plus any vertical, diagonal or horizontal row of the three cards from the table. High hands take the pot and the other players must throw one of their 'posts' into a separate pot. All cards are discarded and not shuffled and dealt to players who still have their posts. Play continues till one player has posts left.
Winner: High hand - last player with posts.

    Z
    Players: Three to nine.
Deal: Five cards dealt facedown to each player and four cards down to the table arranged in a Z.
Play: The game starts with a betting round, the lead of which rotates each round. After each betting round one of the table cards is flipped in order to indicate above. (Card 1 in the first round, card 2 in second round etc.). After the last card is flipped there is one more round of betting and the players form a hand from three of their own cards and any two adjacent table cards (1&3 - 3&4 etc.). Cards are revealed at showdown.
Winner: High and low hands split but the low must be an eight high or better (lower) or the high hand wins the whole pot.
